Honestly worst set of nails ive ever had! Rushed looked nothing like the picture I had shown all different shapes and very thick! If I didnt have to be somewhere straight after I would have had them soaked off! Got home and cut them all down i couldnt look at them any longer!

I’ve been coming to this salon for around three years and have always had positive experiences, which makes today’s visit especially disappointing.

I asked for short nails, but unfortunately they were left much longer than I wanted. Everything seemed to be going fine at first, however when I requested a square-round shape, there was some confusion and the technician repeatedly tried to change the shape to something different. I had to ask several times before my request was followed.

During the appointment I also felt uncomfortable, as I believe a comment was made under his breath that came across as disrespectful. After that, the atmosphere felt awkward and unpleasant.

I left with nails that were longer than requested and not quite the shape I asked for. It’s frustrating because I’ve been a loyal customer for years without any issues until today. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider returning.
