Visited here for the first time yesterday to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and I also got a facial. I'm extremely happy with the results. My eyebrows are exactly the shape and shade I wanted. The facial was also great - super relaxing, thorough, and the products smelled great. I left with my face feeling super clean and hydrated. Sara made me feel very welcome and chilled out. Would highly recommend this beauty room.

I used to get a hair and eyebrows services from Ella and never had a problem but today she just highly disappointed me. Firstly she booked me for 9am and when I turned up at the salon, she was not there and on the top she wouldn’t answer her phone (simply ignoring) however I texted her and to my surprise she said that she was waiting for my text message (seriously??😠 although my appointment was booked and confirmed by text messages!! And then the male who finally answered the phone was so rude saying don’t call on this number 😡 never ever in my dream I have come across such rude and unprofessional behaviour of anyone!!! Not going back to the salon again! Nevermind I have managed to find someone else who provided the same services and I am very really happy with it!!
