Would not recommend this salon. Was travelling over an hour to come here as it was recommended by a friend and when I was 30 minutes away there was a bad crash on the motorway and I was stuck in standstill traffic. Salon was not answering calls or messages for the entire hour that I was there and when I finally managed to set off again I had to double message to be told if I could still come or not. Totally understandable that appointments were back to back and there was no room for me and I had no problem with rearranging as the event was out of both of our control. I was then told that to rearrange I would have to give another £20 deposit due to the cancelling policy (I was already paying £95 in total and it was my christmas money which I was using!). I think this is really unfair as I didn’t plan for it, never cancelled my appointment and had already paid a deposit and given as much notice as humanly possible that I was going to be late due to an engine fire on the M6. Really disappointed as my friend has been there numerous times but I did not feel like I was given a fair outcome to the situation.

I have had 3 sessions off lemon bottle done an I wouldn't go anywhere else chantelle knows what's she is doing keeps u relaxed only had my last session today but so for I have lost 7 an half inches off my stomach can't wait to see how much goes this time thanks so much chantelle

Had a procedure on my eyes. Bought by my girls for my birthday .
Got there and everyone was great, had some numbing cream applied waited a cpl mins and had my procedure (juilapro) . That was Saturday. My eyes are already looking so much better. Am already getting comments so really pleased. You need 2 procedures to get the best effect so can't wait to see the results of the next one.
Would def recommend
