I usually have a great experience here, staff are lovely and my nails turn out great. But please…can the young man who wears glasses stop scratching at my hands with his long sharp fingernails. It hurts…and it’s also unhygienic. I believe he does this with all the customers he serves, and I don’t see any hand washing in between. He normally uses his finger scraping technique to tidy the sides of the nails, but it hurts so bad as he digs his nails deep into the soft skin around my nails. In future, perhaps use a professional tool or something to clean the sides instead of dirty fingernails.

Came here on Friday and have been before. At first service seemed fine, as soon as customers came in they started to rush. I paid contactless last time with no extra charge. This time I had to pay £1 just to use contactless. It’s now 2 days later and they’re chipping already. Will not use these again

Charge too much for standard of nails provided and Kim is quite rude.no smile no manners no polite service she actually seems offended that you’re in her shop.on these grounds and the standard of nails Iv had some for the high price Iv changed salon.it was a convenient location but the customer service is extremely poor and the nails aren’t the best Iv had and for cheaper

Kim nails always delivers on fantastic service and they are always amazing with the quality of service.

Years of coming here, from acrylics to now biab, no style is ever too much. Whatever the inspo pictures, they always get the colour match and detailing spot on and I have had many compliments over the years.

Bad customer service, bad nails...I had my nails done by one of the many men that work in there, he practically threw the gel on in an untidy manner, he was so rough my nails are now brittle and thin like paper, I was told to put my hand under the UV light which was mega hot and when I told them the UV lamp was hot I got a very frosty disrespectful reply, I wasn't happy with this but to top of off the other nail technicians then began to talk about me in their own language and started giggling, which made me feel very uncomfortable, I wouldn't recommend this place for your nails unless you want them to damage your own nails, and show you lack of respect or receive bad customer service, it's all about money to them, they rush lots of people in and what looks like employ family members or friends who probably aren't qualified to do nails. Avoid and save your money

After going for over a year I will have to stop unfortunately. My nails are brittle and hurt a lot from the scratching they have done with the drill. I have been doing my nails for years elsewhere before and never had this issue. When I complained that what he was doing just , the male worker just ignored and grabbed my wrist forcefully to carry on.
They do change prices left right and centre so be aware of that. I won’t lie, I have had a couple nice nail designs but the more popular they have gotten, the more rushed their nails are which has resulted in bad customer service, nail injury and not great nails. I now have to take a break because anything that touches my hands/ nails hurt and I have been told that this is due to the improper use of the drill and how much infill they put on the each nail.
