Really happy with my semi-permanent eyebrows, the service was really good and the owner was so nice and welcoming which made the whole experience comfortable. The atmosphere in the salon was lovely and relaxing, and I’m so pleased with how my brows turned out. Would definitely recommend!

I went here for the first time today. They managed to book me in as a walk-in straight away this morning to which I was very grateful! Everyone working in there was so lovely and attentive and the overall vibe was very relaxing. I felt very welcome as a first time visitor! I got french gel nails for £28 and I am super happy with the result + really good value for money. I’ll definitely be returning!

I’ve been here a few times because I do like their nail designs, but after my most recent visit I won’t be returning.

I waited around 2 hours for my appointment, then had to come back the next day to finish and paid £70 in total for an infill (not a new set). Unfortunately, shortly after, a bow fell off, a nail on my little finger came off, and several nails were uneven shapes and lengths. When I asked about timings in the salon, I felt dismissed rather than helped.

As someone who works in the beauty industry myself, I understand busy days — but professionalism, consistency and client care are just as important as the final result. Sadly, this experience didn’t meet those standards for me.

Just sharing my honest experience so others know what to expect.
