I had my eyebrows done by Mia and they look amazing.Mia provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the initial consultation up to having the actual procedure done. She is knowledge in her field and answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. I would highly recommend MGC Beauty to anyone looking to enhance their brows. My face is ruined by Mimi!

I had my brows done before multiple times. Sometimes it wasn’t great at all but it was NEVER this bad!! She turned me into a joker! The brows are too thick and too long for my face, they’re different thickness and shape from one another and one is higher than the other!!

I didn’t think it was even possible to screw up this bad. I’m scared to leave the house and had to cancel everything planned for the next few weeks until I’ve done something about this disaster. I’m looking at months of laser removal and extra long and tedious make up routine. I’m so depressed rn and I feel like I should sue her for what she’s done to my face!

Oh and she wouldn’t even acknowledge what she’d done and went straight into gaslighting me, saying it was all in my head. My daughter saw me and was absolutely terrified, she told Mimi what she thought about her work. Then Mimi changed her narrative and tried to blame it on me! She said I’d told her to draw this shape!😳

All I told her was not to touch the inner bottom corners of my brows and she completely ignored that request and made one of the corners extra dark only on one brow! So they look uneven to the point of ridiculous.

She also went with the darkest shade even though I’m blond and have very fair skin.

I hope this review will prevent others from going through the nightmare I’m dealing with right now. She shouldn’t be allowed to do what she does!

Update:

Her “attempts” to address my concerns:
1. It looks absolutely fine, it’s all in your head.
2. Come back in 6 weeks we’ll see what can be done then.
3. Here, let me show you how you can cover it up with make up.🤷‍♀️

As someone who’s been getting beuty treatments for decades on regular basis I’ve had a few bad experiences of course but none of them were this bad and no one ever tried to deny or blame it on me! Never had it escalate to this level of hostility. Usually people are reasonable and admit their mistakes and I don’t even bother writing reviews.

As a client I don’t exactly care how many years of experience she has or her credentials. I care about what she does to my face.

The only image I showed her was of my own eyebrows with make up on and asked her to make them look like that.

She spent 2 hours(!) mapping my brows and the only remarks I made were “don’t touch the inner conners” and “correct the asymmetry “ as she kept on mapping them asymmetrically, which they ended up being anyway as she ignored everything I told her!

Since she brought it up.. I proceeded with the lips because I initially booked a package of brows and lips and it was the plan to do them both on that day. I’ve not mentioned the lips in my initial feedback because I don’t see them as an uncorrectable problem. However, she didn’t do what I asked her to do on my lips either. I already had the shape I was completely happy with from my previous lip blush. Just the color was faded. I drew the shape myself and asked her to simply follow the outline. She failed to do that as well. She only did the middle of my lips when I needed her to focus mainly on the borders. So the effect I was aiming for was not achieved. But since this can be corrected by someone else without having to get laser removal I chose not to see that as a problem.

I thought she’d come back to brows after the lips and correct them but she refused and just let me walk away like that!

She called me later and attempted to convince me that my brows were absolutely fine! Of course that made me even more upset and things got heated up a little.

I’m now having to spend additional 20 minutes of make up time on my brows just to be able to leave the house! I’ve asked a few of my friends and had a consultation with a professional and they all confirmed the very obvious asymmetry and the overall bad shape of the brows that doesn’t match my face. So no, I’m not crazy🙂

During your appointment, I explained the importance of proper brow mapping, pigment fading, and facial symmetry; however, you insisted on making adjustments contrary to my advice.

For example, you presented an image of box-style brows and demanded that I replicate that shape, despite my recommendation that it would not suit your features. I repeatedly asked if you were sure about altering the pre-draw, as I believed this would not yield the desired outcome. Additionally, you shared an image taken during the pigment washing phase—before the brows had fully settled—which misrepresents the final result. As I explained, the color will naturally soften by approximately 50% as your skin heals over the next six weeks.

I offered several options: adhering to my professional approach, waiting for the healing process to complete before making further adjustments, or even exploring removal if you remained dissatisfied. You have been sent privately your before, pre-draw, and after images for reference.

Moreover, after completing your brows, you chose to proceed with the lip blush treatment. If you were truly unhappy with the results, you would not have opted for the additional treatment, which further contradicts your claims.

I also attempted to reach you by phone due to your elevated tone and passive-aggressive behavior in the salon, which was concerning.

I appreciate the lessons learned from this experience and hope we can move forward with mutual respect.
