Google I booked in for a lymphatic drainage facial — my first time trying this treatment — and the whole experience was amazing! The booking process was super smooth, and the staff were very accommodating. The products Samantha used were high quality, and the glow and results were absolutely impeccable. The procedure was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep! The vibe was so calming, and the place was spotless and fresh. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!

Google Absolutely TERRIBLE business. No answer from their phones. No answer from the door. Took 6 weeks to reply to an email only to be told they do NOT do Groupon vouchers.
So?
Take yourselves OFF IT THEN!!!!!!!!
I would not recommend them to ANYONE, shocking customer service and totally unreliable.
Their products may be brilliant but hey? Never got to find out

Google My first visit today, I have to say, the salon is lovely as was my therapist Samantha.
I had the Lymphatic Facial & Indian Head massage, it was 11/2 hours of luxury, probably the best facial I have ever had.
My skin feels amazing and I am so relaxed, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Google I would recommend Vanilla, all the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and put you at ease. They explain everything in detail and help you with all the aftercare. Pay alot of attention to detail to get you the best results and recommend treatments that are best suited to you.

Google The best facials in South Manchester, I love my regular visits to Vanilla & Co - the whole experience with Samantha is so relaxing and leaves your face super fresh. I've also had treatments by nurse Jess and she is so professional and knowledgable I felt in very safe hands, would highly recommend.

Google Been left with a permanent red nose after a procedure, the company now refusing to see me to address this. Lost for words, scarred for life due to their incompetentence and negligence.
Edit. There were no threats or hostility, this is a lie. I did miss one appointment which i apologised for. Now i'm scarred for life.

Hi again Matt, we are sorry to read your review. Despite your threats, extreme hostility and stating any intial redness had subsided, even though your treatment was performed months ago, we have still been more happy to see you back in clinic and have invited you back on multipul occasions, all of which you have failed to attend without letting us know in advance. As you continue to email asking only for more filler injecting, we must remind you that our treatments are non-surgical and therefore not permanent, we can not keep the window for these types of reviews open beyond 2 months as this would be closer to you requiring a top-up treatment as explained during your consultation. As many of our other clients will know, we pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction so you can imagine how disappointed we are that we were not able to resolve this matter straight away when you were initially invited back into the clinic for us to resolve this in a fair and timely manner. We wish you all the best in the future.

Google Had my first facial here after discovering this hidden gem. Jessica was so lovely and welcoming and it felt like I had known her for ages! Samantha, the lovely woman that actually undertook my facial did a fantastic job and put me to ease. She explained all of the steps she went through and took her time with everything. You can tell she cares about her clients and how great she is at her craft. You have now got a regular customer in me and I will definitely be recommending you to others. Thanks so much for a wonderful first time experience, girls!
