SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST !!

Firstly they couldn’t accommodate what I asked for even though I had called prior to the appointment. They were trying to make it more costly by saying I had a certain gel on there when I clearly did not . I searched for my design only to then be told it would be extremely bumpy . Bizarre I usually have no issue with nail infills anywhere else . I decided mid appointment to go to another nail salon one who actually values the customer and doesn’t try to increase costs for their own benefit. I would not use this salon again I only used this as a last resort as my usual salon are on holiday . All I can say to any potential customer is I have rated 1 star I didn’t really want to give them 1 as they don’t deserve it and GOOD LUCK YOU WILLL NEED IT .

I come here every 3 weeks, nails are sturdy and the designs always look exactly like the photos I show. I never stay at the same place so I think very highly of this establishment. What’s more, despite its popularity, the staff always manage to get your nails done in a timely manner.
