I had a nail emergency on NYE while visiting Manchester, my nail was damaged and broken most way through. Walking by we saw the sign and I ran in, on a client, but desperately hoping for any advice that the nail artist could provide. Both the client and the artist were understanding of my distress, thankfully, and she offered a solution until I could return home to my artist this week. It is almost a full week later and the nail repair is still going strong. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for being kind to a stranger that barged in on a holiday, unannounced.

I went in to ask if there was an appointment available, as I’ve never had my nails done before. I asked how long the technician had been doing nails and, in a lighthearted way, mentioned that I hoped they would turn out well. She responded by saying that if I was going to be fussy, she’d rather not do my nails and asked me to leave. I was already seated but got up and left as requested. Overall, I found her interaction quite rude and confrontational

The manicure done is very neat, but I would have appreciated if she had cleaned the insides of my nails before applying the gel polish.

The prices on the website are not updated.
Only manicure with gel polish is £15 whereas I had to pay £20.

They should update their prices.

Probably the worst shellac manicure I have had. Barely any prep on my nails and no shaping. Paint all over fingers afterwards and blobs of topcoat. The lady in the salon was lovely but clearly not the most experienced.
