I went to get a manicure and pedicure for the first time, I’ve just started my transition 🏳️‍⚧️, and still present masculine day to day.

It was a really safe space for me and I had a great time getting my nails done for the first time, this was a massive step for me and I was really nervous that I would feel judged but I didn’t at all.

I want to say a big thanks to Dorota for creating a safe and judgment free environment for me !

Had my builder gel extensions done by Dorota and I’m so happy with the results! She was professional, precise, and friendly throughout the whole appointment. You can tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. She also cleaned my nails and did my cuticles so thoroughly. My nails look amazing. Will definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

I got my nails done by dorota and I absolutely adore them!! I found this place around September of 2025 and I've only ever gotten my nails done here since. I always get biab as it's the best for my nails

Came here for a pedicure today, as I’ve got home my cuticles are bleeding - they were pushed too far during the pedicure and I flinched but the nail tech carried on and didn’t bother to ask if I was okay. No communication throughout the entire pedicure. My heels still have hard skin on them so I have had to purchase a dead skin remover from Amazon because I don’t have the time to come back - my heels were one of the main reasons I booked in an appointment today. The pedicure was meant to include a ‘massage’ for lymphatic drainage but it was just the application of cream. My toe nails are also filed uneven. For £40 (which does not include polish) this is completely subpar.

Great nail salon, I’ve had couple of nail appointments with Dorota now, both manicure and pedicure. Dorota is lovely, friendly and professional, always does an amazing job, will be coming back!
