Google Absolutely awful experience – do not go here!!!
I visited this salon in January for the first time, and it was genuinely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful from the start. Communication was very difficult, and whenever I asked for clarification or small changes to my nails, I was met with attitude rather than assistance.
At one point, I asked for my nails to be shaped slightly differently. Instead of adjusting them, the staff member got up, switched seats, and left me completely unattended. I was forced to file my own nails and then had to chase someone down just to continue the service.
The quality of the work was poor — rushed, bulky acrylic, and not done with care or precision. It felt like they just wanted to get it over with rather than provide a proper service.
To make things worse, pricing was inconsistent and misleading. I confirmed the design beforehand, yet when it came time to pay, they tried to charge me extra for something I’ve had done many times before at other salons without issue.
The behaviour of the staff was also very uncomfortable. There was eye-rolling, visible irritation, and one staff member became aggressive when I politely asked him not to be so rough with my hands. He also spoke in another language for several minutes while looking at me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
I have never been treated like this in any nail salon before.
Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is unprofessional, low quality, and disrespectful.

Google Best nail shop in Manchester!!! Lee spent 2 hours on my nails and gave so much diligence to make sure they were exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and skilled technician! Thank you soooo much I will definitely be back!
