Really disappointing experience today again. Kitty got my base colour wrong and then rushed through the nail art, saying "next customer is coming soon". The tips are a lopsided shape and the colour hasnt been filled to the edges. Waste of £55

Unfortunately, I am not fully satisfied with their service. The staff's attitude made me uncomfortable, as they were speaking in a foreign language while we were sitting right in front of them. The staff member who did my pedicure was kind; however, the pedicure itself did not meet our expectations. We were expecting a deep cleaning, but I found myself cleaning my cuticles at home afterward. I was surprised, as this is the second time this has happened to me. On the other hand, my husband was completely satisfied with the staff member who did his pedicure.

ILuxe is a gorgeous salon, beautiful decor and surroundings, high quality equipment and treatments at very reasonable prices. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming, especially Nesha, my nail tech...such a lovely person with great chat and does an absolutely excellent job. It's the salon I've been looking for all these years!! Highly recommended!!

I love coming to this salon to get my nails done. The ladies are all so friendly and welcoming, I feel very relaxed and happy when I am here. I usually get BIAB nails with Gel nail art, and every time I come in with a new idea or design, they are always happy to do it 🙂 I always get a booking (Mondays - Thursdays seem to be less busy) And I don’t have preference on who does my nails because they are all so lovely! Mia and Ceci are very conscientious and their attention to detail is very appreciated 🥰 and Amy is speedy and very talented with her nail art ❤️

I’ve been going to iluxe nails for 3 years now never ever had a problem they go above and beyond whatever I want doing they always succeed il never go anywhere else make me feel comfortable and safe as I have bad anxiety, people who leave bad comments is ridiculous always fit my daughter in when she needs them doing and they stay late if she’s on a late , couldn’t recommend iluxe nails enough xx

Highly disappointed after my appointment. Its a shame because I have been a regular customer for the last 6 months, but I won’t be coming here again. The salon was empty but the nail tech claimed that they were fully booked and couldn’t do my sister’s nails who came as a walk-in client.

I didn’t book so I walked in but they refused as they had my sister’s nails to do and another client was coming after that. So I waited for her but I noticed the salon was empty and the other lady was free and wasn’t doing anything… disappointing and unprofessional
