I came into this store to get my nails done and they had the worst staff ever. I simply made enquiries asking her why I am being charged different from what’s on the in-store price board, next thing I was told to exit the store even after I told her I was okay with the price and I wouldn’t mind carrying on with it. I was asked out of the store , is this how people of color are treated in your establishment??????????

Owner Response:

Thank you for your feedback. We always aim to be transparent and clear about our pricing—customers are welcome to proceed if they are comfortable, and there is no obligation if they are not.
We value mutual respect in all conversations, and unfortunately, this interaction did not feel respectful to our team. To avoid any misunderstandings, we felt it was best not to proceed with the service.
We wish you all the best and hope you find a place that suits you better. Thank you
