Google First time going. The wait time wasn’t long! I asked for biab and showed them a picture of my design I wanted. One woman started the preparation for my nails and another woman did the design! They was both amazing and gentle with my nails! Definitely will be going back!❤️

Google This was my regular nail salon I have been coming here for a while now and every time my nails were amazing until last week there is a new member of staff who does the nail prep who absolutely should not be working on clients! She was burning me with the nail drill digging nail tips into my skin and they were far too small. After she stuck the tips on wonky she proceeded to dig her own nails into my skin I’m not sure as to why ? The other lady managed to sort out the way they looked and she even had to re do some tips, unfortunately this was not a good experience for me and I am worried about how she is allowed to work on paying customers as she is clearly not ready

Google Went to them because of the reviews on here & haven't been disappointed. Very careful when they take my builder gel off & a perfect finish each time I've been.....very professional & very happy.

Google The best nail bar by far. I regularly get my nails done here and wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies always listen to what you would like done. They are professional and friendly and I always feel very welcome. Keep up the good work 👌

Google They do one amazing job, they don't hurt you, they listen to what you want. Friendly service.
Only down fall is the waiting times vary due to being a walk in but it's a good thing in a way as it shows its popularity.
Staff don't always talk to you to make conversation so it can be awkward but no harm from their service.
Prices are reasonable although they seem high to me from when I used to get them done years ago but everything has gone up these days.
Overall highly recommended
Owner Response:
Thank you for taking your time giving us review, this means a lot to us as a small business. Sorry to hear that you didn’t have a good experience with waiting time unfortunately it’s just a walk ins service so it’s first come first served. As everything gone up the business couldn’t keep the price same as years ago because of the inflation and we have staff to look after. Woking in rushed hours sometimes our staff don’t make much conversation as we are trying our best to finish each customer with a good standard of work and reducing waiting time for the next customers
