Carla is incredible!! Her studio space is the most relaxing and cute vibes and she’s a pleasure to chat too throughout my appointments. She really knows what she’s talking about when it comes to nails and their health as well as creating some beautiful art work. I’d been looking for someone local in the area for awhile & I'm so glad I found Carla! Not only is she talented & professional, she is so so easy to talk to & I basically get free therapy alongside gorgeous nails. Her home studio vibes are spot on & she does also give you the choice of music😏, you can’t fault how immaculate it is. On top of that she also has 2 cute cats!

If your wanting plain, designs, colour or just a general idea of what your wanting with your nails Carla always manages to smash it out the bag & you leave with exactly what you want🫶🏻

I’m lucky enough to have been going to Carla for a while now & I thoroughly look forward to going getting my nails done & the added bonus of a catch up!!

I had such a fantastic experience with Carla. I genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else now. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely looked after. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also really attentive and precise, making sure every detail is perfect.

My nails have never looked better—the shape, the finish, and the overall quality are always flawless. She takes the time to understand exactly what you want!

On top of that, she’s warm, friendly, and easy to chat to, which makes the appointment fly by. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients.

I’ve been a regular client for over 12 months, so this isn’t based on a one-off visit. Unfortunately, after my recent experience, I won’t be returning.

A few weeks ago, a message was posted on social media that felt clearly directed at me, despite the fact I had given over a month’s notice to rearrange my appointment. As a regular client, I found that inappropriate and uncomfortable.

More recently, I missed an appointment due to illness and received no follow-up or even a basic check-in, which was disappointing given how regularly I had been coming.

As a business owner myself, I understand the need for policies. However, discretion and basic customer care go a long way, and in this case, both were lacking.

I was still charged £30, which I’ve accepted as I cancelled on the day but as a result, you’ve lost a loyal client.

I'm so glad I found Carla! Not only is she immensely talented, but she is kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. Her home studio is calming, the vibes immaculate, and there's also two cats! If the chaos of a salon can be as overstimulating for you as it is for me, this is 100% the place to go.

No matter your aesthetic, Carla will somehow perfectly produce the ideas in your head. I've previously always struggled with nail growth, but she's helped me to keep my nails strong and long!
