I’ve been coming here for years, so I was really disappointed by today’s experience. I came with my friend and the staff were rude and impatient with us. My friend was only asking for suggestions, but they kept telling her to “just choose” and were argumentative instead of helpful. Sadly, after today’s experience, I won’t be visiting again.

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for a long time, but recently the experience has really changed. The staff have become rude and impatient, which makes customers feel uncomfortable. One thing I always appreciated before was getting help choosing colors, but now they don’t seem interested in helping or giving suggestions at all. Customer service is just as important as the nails themselves, and sadly the atmosphere no longer feels welcoming. I hope they improve because I used to enjoy coming here.

Never had a bad experience at Reign & Co, and always come out loving my new nail set! All the staff are so lovely and always up for a chat and to have a laugh! Such a cute girly salon as well 🥰. Couldn’t recommend more!

Nice decor. Staff are friendly but the salon is not clean. Noticed files and clippers are not cleaned after use. No sterilising is happening either.

I booked my appointment over the phone, which worked very well. Unfortunately, I arrived a bit late because I had not entered the appointment in my calendar. But i didn’t have to wait long. Very nice.
The salon was already quite busy in the morning. I had a pedicure and acrylic nails done. The pedicure was very pleasant, and the staff member was friendly and did a great job.
However, I didn’t feel as comfortable with the feet colour nails. The owner seemed rather impatient and a bit unfriendly, especially because I was unsure about the nail color and also had specific requests regarding the nail shape for my finger nails, which could not really be met. I came special to Wocesterpark to this nail place. Also they just had cash option what isn’t shown anywhere.

I have to say big thanks for the lovely Reign&co shop because they fixed my nails very nicely with a professional staff because last week some shop in the Sutton they did very bad shape with spend more than 2 hours and my money is gone to the been but the Reign&co just in 1hoyr and 10 minutes tveg could fix my nails shape with a pretty colour they are in excellent experience I’m giving highly recommend to do your nails in here . Also soon as soon I’m coming back with may daughter . Thanks for today ❤️💅

i’m always skeptical about going to new nail places because of the worry that they won’t be any good. i stumbled upon reign&co through insta, saw that they had some solid reviews so i thought “wth, let’s go”… they did not disappoint.

my nail tech was incredible!!! he was very detailed, very attentive, asked me if the length, shape, colour and design was good, double checked with me afterwards and was really nice overall (i only wish i asked for his name so i could go back to him).

the photos included are what i asked for VS what i got. he pretty much aced it.

overall the prices are fair (if not cheaper than most places) and i would definitely recommend this salon!

Lee & her team are amazing in Reign & Co. Been coming here for 3 years now! They are one of the best nail techs in Worcester Park! I always get what I want! Full set & french tips are my go too but I love all sorts of changes and they are juat the best! Reasonable price range with a great service!
