We had an excellent experience here. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away. They offered soft drinks (which my partner described as “crisp”) and kept a warm, engaging conversation going throughout the appointment. They also took the time to clearly explain the pricing using an image we provided, which we really appreciated. Her nails turned out beautifully and she left genuinely happy. Outstanding service all around.

Iv been getting my nails done with h for years and not once have a been disappointed. Always such amazing service and always does my nails 10/10. Will never stop coming to lilys nails! Highly highly recommend, you wont be disappointed

I literally live next door and said I would never go anywhere else than the nail shop I’m used to … well went here few weeks back to ave acrylic taken off and decided to ave a natural look Tony applied a thin layer of Acrylic on my nails they looked amazing So then had a pedicure by Tony which was Soooo nice & relaxing and this morning his lovely wife done my nails I’m Sooo happy 😃 honestly Such a lovely friendly couple pleased to call them my neighbours xxx

Me and my friend had such a wonderful experience here! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they really take their time to make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. They pay great attention to detail, and it shows in their work. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients, which makes the whole experience even better, the salon is super clean also!

I’ve been coming to Lilys Nails for almost a year now.
I’m allergic to BIAB and had to stop going to my previous salon as this is what they used.
I needed acrylic again. And I explained all of this to them in my first appointment, when I tell you how they have transformed my nails and nail health in a year! My photos will say it all! Yes it’s acrylic but my nails NEVER break! I’ve had acrylic in the past and my nails would need infills every 2 weeks to prevent breakage or lifting!
I can go 5-6 weeks before my nails are done again without lifting or breakage!
I’m a mum and I work a full time and a part time job.
Coming to Lily’s Nails is an hour of relaxation, laughter and social interaction for me.
I love my nails. Thank you Lily’s Nails.

I absolutely love this nail salon and what a treat it is to have it on Homesdale Road. No more having to go into Bromley – I can just walk there, which is great as I’m always so last minute! They always try to be flexible for me, which I really appreciate, though I know I need to get better at pre-booking my appointments.

H normally does my nails, but today, with my last-minute self, I tried the new lady (sorry I didn’t catch your name 😫) and I’m really happy with my nails. And pedi

Your response to my original review does not accurately reflect the events, and I would like to clarify this.

On arrival for my appointment, I explained that the builder gel (BIAB) applied at my previous appointment had not worked, and I showed this to your staff member. I asked for my nails to be cut short, which she did, noting that my nails were healthy. I had no damage that required repair, so there was no reason for BIAB to be used. At no point was I asked if I wanted BIAB, and had I been asked, I would have declined, as it had not worked for me previously.

I was therefore surprised when I came to pay and discovered that BIAB had been applied again, and even more so that no apology was offered for the mistake. Your staff member processed the payment without acknowledgment of the issue, and when I raised it directly with you, I received the same indifference.

As a business owner of over 20 years, I understand the value of good customer service in ensuring customers feel respected and appreciated. The most disappointing aspect of this experience is that, rather than addressing my concern, you chose not to engage or resolve the matter when I spoke with you. I’ll leave the matter there, thank you.

Lovely experience at Lily’s Nails. Friendly and courteous staff, clean salon, care taken when your nails are done too. I have now been here many times, and the service is always amazing. My nails always last such a long time. I recently went on holiday and they were still perfect after a few weeks in the sun, sea, sand. Most recently I had them done for another holiday (see pic), I’m now 4 weeks in (see last pic) and I’ve been doing tons of house renovation work and my nails are still perfect! Highly recommend.

They are very efficient and friendly. They found a small gap to do my hands and in the afternoon they did my toes. I was very lucky as I needed them to be done for my wedding and I loved the attention and the service. The massage in the feet was amazing

I had a really great experience, the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The salon is incredibly clean, and you can tell everything is really well looked after. It was my first time visiting, and I’ll 100% be back this is definitely my new go-to! They take extra care with their work and make sure you’re happy with the result.
