Such a lovely experience at this nail spa! The shop is clean, pretty, and really easy to get to, with barely any wait for my walk-in. The staff were so kind and attentive as they made my pedicure feel so relaxing and accommodated me with drinks and a snack, making sure I felt comfortable with my pregnancy throughout the appointment. Love my nails xx i reccommend

Ive been to literally almost every nail salon in SE and honestly I've just had the best pedicure I've ever had in my life at Lux. Would highly highly recommend honestly, so meticulous and thorough, my toes look incredible 🤩

This place is really, really bad.

Both technicians made me bleed (cut my cuticles way too much) on hands and feet and neither of them acknowledged it or apologised.

It was also overbooked, some poor girl booked an appointment prior and still wasn’t seen an hour later when I was leaving because they were keen to take walk-ins and clearly forgot about her.

Additionally, they were really unprofessional, at least 4 of them (including the working technicians) were desperate to run outside to watch people arguing on the street outside instead of focusing on their service.

On top of that, they tell you what you want instead of listening to what you say - because of this I hate the outcome - wish I’d said when I was there but I didn’t even really want them to fix it.

Usually I leave a hefty tip for anyone who touches my nails. No chance this time. Never again!

Extremely disappointed, I usually like this place, but my experience today was bad. They made me wait for 20 minutes only for me to find out that it would take more time for pedicure. If you are busy just say it upfront. When I walked in, I told them, I don’t have an appointment, should have told me then that they were busy with other customers. What an utter waste of time.

5 stars for the excellent service at this salon. The kind owner cooks delicious meals for the staff every day, especially is slow cook Pork, creating a place full of positive energy. The team is highly skilled, cheerful, and always smiling.

Today was my first visit, and I can already say I’ll definitely be coming back! The ladies were so attentive and did an amazing job on my nails. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the salon was spotless with such a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend! 💖

Kim and jan both did my nails today amazing, Kim reconstructed my toenails and made them look so natural then had cat eye french tip they both took care of me and made me feel welcomed 🫶🏼 very professional and pretty environment. 10/10 service

Really shocking experience having a set of infills
original acrylics not filed back appropriately before applying the infill never mind excess application in the corners and on some nails not even applying to the edges. All this on top of a price increase of £7 meaning a set of infills costs the same as a full set in comparison to other local providers.
Not even surprised considering I was thrown in and out within 30minutes.
