Amazing customer service. Fantastic first experience so much so booked a next mani pedi there and then in 4 weeks time. The pédicure is the best expérience I have had ever...so relaxing, so precise so patient as I had the giggles lol. The energy is perfect in this place, the mani was well done and the colours selected are so lovely!! Love my feet again love my hands!! I highly recommend this place. The location is perfect in Putney but also near Southfields and Wandsworth. See you next month team !! Thank you so much for today just what I needed on a bank holiday Monday 🥰

I’m absolutely in love with my new nails! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. The nail technician was so patient, and really paid attention to every detail to make sure everything looked perfect. The finish is so neat, clean. The shape, colour, and design turned out even better than I imagined they look stunning. The salon itself was clean. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I wanted to leave an honest review. The nails look decent from a distance and the colour is pretty, but the experience was frustrating. I showed a reference photo for short soft square nails, but they were initially filed much narrower than requested. One nail was over-filed on the side and needed extra product added back on, and I had to ask several times for it to be corrected because it was clearly asymmetrical. I was also told my nails are wide and the reference photo had narrower nails, when I only wanted the same shape adapted to my nails.

Cuticle prep felt minimal, so some nails already had a visible gap near the cuticle straight after the appointment.

Overall the final result is okay, but not the level of precision or customer care I expected.
