I had such a wonderful experience with Nazia for skin tag removal. I had two failed cryotherapy procedures elsewhere, she recommended electrocautery and I wish I had seen her first! Nazia is so reassuring with a gentle and kind manner, making me feel at ease during the appointment. I would definitely return for further treatment!

I feel a moral obligation to write this review. Please do not go to this clinic for hyperpigmentation treatments. Simply put it does not work long term which is unacceptable for the price they charge (around £2k). During the initial consultation I was assured that I could achieve the results I wanted with Cosmelan. Now I know they will say anything to get your money. When you do complain they will bring you in multiple times for masks and sell you creams that also do nothing. As a last ditch effort to get more money out of you, they will push for you to have IV glutathione. This carries serious risks! They refused to refund me knowing that the treatment did not work and actually left me worse off. Preying on people’s insecurities for financial gain is abhorrent.
