Google Sky Nail truly impressed me! The attention to detail is next level—my nails came out flawless, super glossy, and exactly how I wanted them. The staff is friendly, patient, and really takes their time to make sure everything looks perfect. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and has such a welcoming vibe. You can tell they care about quality and customer experience. Definitely one of my go-to spots now for beautiful, long-lasting nails!

Google Hello I came the other week for a infil on toes and plain white nails my nail has cracked and the nails feel weak and there is marks all on the nails I paid £75 not overly happy, And I'm not really happy with them at all lady was very rough as well, when moving my hand and one nail come off before she was painting and she just shoved gel on after I asked for acrylic and I got gel on my toes a Infil it took 10 mins not very happy at all to be honest and they have asked me to contact them to figure out a solution but I’ve had no reply -would not recommend at all ! Not happy !
Owner Response:
This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we sincerely apologise that you felt uncomfortable during your appointment and are unhappy with the results. Your concerns about the nail quality, the service being rushed, and the misunderstanding regarding acrylic vs gel are all taken very seriously.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please feel free to contact us directly or visit the salon so we can assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
