I visited this nail shop for the first time today and had a really great experience. The service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The lady who did my nails took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated since I don’t know much about nail techniques. She carefully analyzed my nails and helped me understand what would suit me best, so now I feel more confident about what to ask for next time.

I am very happy with the results and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I have been going to Lisa’s nails since it opened over twenty years ago. It is a very friendly place and is very good value. I am always impressed with the cleanliness of the nail salon.
It’s best to book an appointment but they will always try to fit you in if they possibly can. I would definitely recommend.

Very rude, walked in asked very politely whether they were able to do a infill the response I received was ‘not right now’ no indication of when it could be done or any attempt to try and find a time as a potential new client.

The experience in this shop is always 10/10 and stands apart from other nail shops by far. This is because of the amount of care they put into your nails. I don’t ever feel like they’re rushing me or rushing the nails. They always take the time to understand what I want exactly and sometimes stayed open longer to finish my design even though I came close to closing time.

Very clean and hygienic salon. You don't even smell nail varnish when you.walk in, that's how well maintained this salon is.

lisa’s nails is the best nail place in twickenham and trust me i’ve tried them all. the team are super friendly, listen to exactly what you want and i’ll give advice when you’re unsure. they’re the best and i have now been going for three years and even have friends who come from clapham to get their nails done here - worth it x
