this is the first time ive been here, Richard has done my nails. This place is very welcoming and I recommend here.

The service here needs improvement. I booked a Shellac manicure and arrived on time. However, I had to wait 10–15 minutes before a staff member attended to me. During the appointment, the staff member was chatting with another friend/customer sitting in the waiting area while doing my nails. As a result, the manicure looked uneven and poorly done.
