Service was not great. The man doing my toes was rude. They also tried to tell me I was 21 and therefore not a student when I could show student ID. I was 20, my birthday is just later in the year. After saying they had given me student discount, they did not give me the full 10% and I had to confront them. Not only that, my biab nail snapped off in under 4 weeks. The only reason they get 2 stars is because my nails looked nice.

Really disappointed with my visit. I asked clearly for BIAB but was given SNS, which is completely different. There was poor communication, and the staff were rude and dismissive throughout. The standard of work was rushed and sloppy, and I was charged without any explanation or care.

This was my second visit, hoping they'd improve — but unfortunately, it was another let-down with poor results and customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.

I first went here on 16th May to get manicure, pedicure and gel colour on toes and fingers.
The service was wonderful, quick and efficient and I loved the massage chair whilst my feet were being done.
The place is very clean and the staff very friendly.
I have been back since with no complaints and am due back again this week.
I would definitely recommend them.
