Google I’ve been coming to Good Nail Bar for a little over a year now and I’m so glad I found them! The team is friendly and efficient, my nails always look flawless (I get BIAP mostly and they nail it every time!), and they can make any photo you show them come to life. FYI they’re usually quite busy, so I’d recommend calling ahead to make an appointment.

Google Awful customer service! I called up the nail bar ahead of time to advise my gel nails, only done on Easter Saturday, (a light mauve colour) had faded & gone yellow, by day 2 or 3. I was told I could come back in & they would sort my nails for me! On re visiting the salon I confirmed my issue & was sat down & told to pick a new colour for my nails, by I assume who was the manager. On choosing my new red colour I was then told they would paint over my existing nails, or charge me £10 for taking off the old colour. I of course questioned this & then I was basically blamed for the reaction to my nails & accused of doing something to them which wasn’t the case. I strongly disputed this & advised that if they would like to give me a refund I would take my self off to another nail bar to get the problem rectified! Strangely enough this was ignored & they begrudedly re did my nails! I will not be going back to this place for the way I was treated & blamed for poor nail varnish supplied by the nail bar! I’ve had my nails done millions of times from other nail bars without issue. I am always polite & tip the technician! Respect works both ways & I wasn’t treated with respect or dignity! Very angry & anoid by the managers bad attitude towards customer’s!

We are very sorry that you had a bad experience. When you called, we were happy to repair it free of charge, but because you wanted a different color, our policy is to charge 30%. However, we are happy to dismantle and repaint it completely free of charge.

Google My first appointment here. I can honestly say what a relaxing experience it was. My nails are the best I’ve ever had! The music was so peaceful, and the salon is super clean. Everyone was so nice. I’ve found my happy place when visiting a nail salon.
