Awkward atmosphere having to walk through a men's barbershop. No one was there at 11.15am even though online it says they're open from 11am. The barbers said walk in isn't allowed, bookings only. Not a very convenient experience and seemed quite unreliable.

Best nail salon in Surbiton. While the space is small, in the back of a barbers and not fancy, they make up for it in friendliness, quality and fast service.
Gel nail polish lasts a long time and the lady gets it done in 20 mins.
They also do 10% discounts for students.
A gem!

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return or recommend based on my recent experience. I had BIAB French tips done — while the final result wasn’t completely awful, the overall process felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.

When I pointed out a visible smudge on one of my white tips, which I acknowledge I may have accidentally caused, I was met with a defensive response rather than a collaborative one. I was told, “You did that, not me,” and had to insist on it being fixed. While the technician eventually redid the nail properly, the initial reluctance and attitude made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable.

Additionally, I had asked for my cuticles to be done, which she agreed to but didn’t follow through on — leaving my nails looking unfinished and not as fresh as I would’ve hoped. I’ll likely need to have them redone sooner than expected.

I believe there’s a professional and kind way to address customer concerns, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. I left with the issue technically resolved, but not as a satisfied client.

The most disgusting service I have ever received in my life. I explained that after just 2 days my biab nails were are chipping and this woman shouted at me then put the phone down, I called back and again she screamed at me and put the phone down. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever known. Vile woman and terrible nail technician

My worst experience so far has been at a nail studio. First of all, the workspace was very unclean, with no attention to hygiene at all. Plus, the nails they did were so uneven, so poorly done that each nail looked different from the others. Some of my nails look as if I got them done five days ago. There is glue on my hand, sticky underneath. I wouldn’t recommend this nails shop to anyone
