I’m sorry mun for you feel in that way ,but in time we did told your daughter even we bring the tip out and tested it on I did confirm we done that because we feel the same like you we did inform you daughter different one in colour powder then we can make the white tip little so it look better it call coulour powder and white tip but that one it more expensive £40 it will look better but you daughter said no I want the one £25 pounds so your daughter is the boss who pay us the money in her pocket not my so we have to Listen it for customers I’m sorry but please check with your daughter I did inform that for your daughter already before we start can you checked with your daughter please and let me know thank you !all so if she don’t like or you don’t like it you can come back and we paint a normal colour on top no problem at all to Cover that to make sure everyone happy for free we will take responsibility for us job even your fault or my fault don’t worry you more than well come if you been with us before you know we all way take care of customers thank you so much for your compliment have good day !

I’m sorry for your experience how you feel to make you not sacrifice in Certain way we alway in from customer the price before we start even That us rule because every nail set it different ,different Material different price ,so we allway inform customers before we started . it like birthday cake if Complicated taking us more time then the price it different I’m sorry but that way it work ! That right I alway told customers if you not happy you should let us know don’t just pay and go home not happy because it not fair for you too so I understand that! To be clear the price alway wall of your left hand I don’t know if you knew that and the price list two please understand that for is.that right we told every customers before we start customer like what treatment then we do the way you want, the money in your pocket anyway! what ever you like we happy to service because I don’t like after when you done the treatment in different salon they told you the price sometimes you not prepare so it not fair for customers too . So we like to clear the price for customers before we started even us loyal customer too not only you ! Normally I don’t see customers are not happy they said they like it in that way we don’t see it arguing but maybe you not coming often so you don’t understand how it works . We just work what we earn please understanding it for us too !if a nail set and design taking 1-2 hours then of course we have to to get the right pay right ? Also the price it the wall and the price list too for customers to see !maybe you don’t come often so you don’t know how it work for us we like to make 1 customers happy before 10 customers smile ! in time you don’t like it you allow to come back we fix it for you for free until you happy that includes us Service we try to make every customer are happy but if not I do apologise to make you feel that way !hope you had a good day!

Hi darling I’m sorry about your experience thank you for let me know your experience in some point I like to ask if you normal paint it won’t last long because ask I women I clean and us water a lot so the normal paint doesn’t last in natural nail . But if you doing gel nail there should be abit more but some time the lamp not get enough to your hand . But if you had any problems you should come back and we fix it for you for free if you do gel nail polish if normal paint it only last one day two day before we do it we already told you guy but thank you again to give us feed back !
