The owner is rude. When you walk in she doesn't make you feel welcome at all
She has a really bad attitude and the nails aren't that good to be behaving that way.

Mia is so rude and none of the staff speak English which is so annoying. Mia cannot do nails and if she makes a mistake she blames the cumstomer and is rude in her responses to the issue. I do not recommend this shop.

The Manager/Owner is an extremely rude woman with zero customer service skills.
She practically ignored customers coming in and asking prices/ waiting time.
I had SNS done here as I couldn't book with my usual salon who do my nails perfectly.
I am going on holiday tomorrow and my nails look so thick, uneven and untidy on the edges. She re-did 2 nails and they still look awful! I'd been there over 2 hrs and had shellac on my feet too. That was messy and over the edges of my cuticles. She told me this would wash of but it hasn't.
One nail on my hand hadn't dried properly and is completely ruined and feels like cement on my nail.
If I had time I'd have gone elsewhere and had them done properly, I can't wait to get them redone.
Biggest waste of £50.
Don't go!!

Really well priced, fast and my nails always look great. If you live in Plumstead, you should 100% be going to Mia's for your nails
