Google I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. From the very beginning, they took great care of me, really listened to what I wanted, and paid attention to every detail to make sure the final result was perfect. You can truly see the care and dedication in their work. On top of that, the whole team was incredibly kind and professional.

Google The best nail salon I have been to. My nails are always lovely and the quality is 10/10.
I’ve been coming regularly for a couple of years now and never had an issue with my nails- They last for a long time with no chips or breakages.
There are so many colours to choose, I especially love the cat eye and chromes.
Tee normally does my nails but I have also had them done by Tommy and some of the ladies. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Tee always makes sure my nails are perfect, I really love my most recent set of pink chrome!
Overall, I’m really pleased with this salon and i recommend anyone who likes good quality, long lasting and beautiful nails to use this salon :)

Google My first and last time going to this place. I went for biab infill. 2 nail techs have worked on my nails. I asked for a manicure twice and didn’t get one. They just quickly cut the cuticles as much as they could without soaking them. Thankfully they didn’t try to charge for a mani. The biab infills were thick and out of shape. There’s literally nothing good to say. I just have to go again to my usual place (no avail that day) to get them done as I can’t walk around with these nails. Disappointing. You could have one a loyal customer.

We are sorry that your experience with us did not meet your expectations today.
For biab service, we usually do a dry cut instead of soaking as it helps the product adhere better and stay longer on the nail.
However, we may have not explained this clearly during your visit which led to a misunderstanding abour your preference. In addition, we tend to build slightly stronger structure as it helps to stay longer too. As this is the first time, you visit the shop, we may not have adjusted the shape and the thickness to your preference.
We sincerely sorry about this. We would truly appreciate the opportunity you could come back to the shop so we could refine your nails to you satisfaction and would offer you a voucher for the next visit.

Google I’ve been coming once a month, to have a manicure and the occasional pedicure for over two years. They are all SO friendly, and where I’ve had the occasional ‘duff’ job at other spas in the past, I have been delighted each time at T&J.
