So a while ago my daughter post a review that my watch was stolen by Dr nails. Well they thought I wasn't following this up they even made there own emoji on my watch. This place made me feel like they were perfect when I approached them about my missing watch. This is a shame they are not professional. I will attach the new emoji they have created on my watch.

I’ve been a customer at this salon under new management for at least 2 years. When it opened it was owned by someone else, who was great Donna. Unfortunately being a repeat customer does not mean you will be treated with any decency. Work is rushed and you are met with attitude when you ask for corrections or simply for the nail tech to do what you have requested. This is also met with discussion about you in their language (I have google translate). Sam does not leave you under the gel dryer for the full 60s and if you return due to chipping you are treated as if you are just a fussy customer. I recently requested a removal and manicure. I was told they didn’t have time to do the manicure so I asked if my cuticles could just be cut. I was then charged for removal and full manicure. I also had to remove the acrylic properly from my own nail once I got home. They have clamps but choose which customers to use them on and do not allow for the acrylic to fully soften to remove. Instead they rely on you soaking your hand in a hot bowl and drills to do most of the work, which does not fully remove it and weakens the nail. Unfortunately there is no way for me to attach the photos (I do have them). I asked for my nails to be cut straight across and got rounded instead. Their attitude is very hostile considering you are paying for a service and dare I say may be prejudice. No matter the request it is always received with contempt. Ruby is great! The only person I’ve encountered that is customer friendly and takes her time to do clean work. Unfortunately she is away. You will receive good work if it’s your first time in order for you to be directed to leave a review. They also reuse toe spreaders which is unhygienic. I know this seems long but after spending so much money in this salon and being treated like dirt I’ve taken the time to give an honest review.
