Been here many times and everytime I get a removal they leave so much product on my nails. After I get them removed I go to a specialist nail tech, who told me that this shop has extremely over filed my nails damaging them.

I've come here quite a few times due to the lack of availability of other salons nearby but I have now reached a point of preferring to commute. I have done my nails here probably around 10 times and only walked away twice actually happy with the nails. The stuff are often rude, and the shape of my nails are never aligned with each other. I also once did a gel set that became bubbly the next day and genuinely looked like they had already been on for 2 weeks. I would not recommend.

Went here for the first time to have my gels removed and they completely ruined my nails. Firstly, they didn’t even remove all the gel, there’s still so much leftover on my left hand (natural coloured gel so difficult to see in the picture).

But worse than that, she used the filing machine thing all over my natural nails which has filed them down so much that they’re paper thin, there’s patches of my nails that are so thin they’re transparent enough to see the nail bed and feels sore when I wash my hands with hot water. I’m having to patch my nails up with tea bags every few days to prevent them from bending back or ripping off as they’re so fragile.

I’ve never had an issue like this before when having gels removed in any other nail salon or by myself at home. This will take months till they heal back to normal. Will never go back

I always get compliments on my nails when I have them done here. Great quality, reasonable prices, and friendly service. I highly recommend this place.

Chrome colours are great but I think there’s a problem with the gel base used?

Had to take off my gel polish so booked an appointment. The guy used a machine and completely destroyed my nails. Some of the gel is still visible, the nails are destroyed with all of them being polished too deeply so the surface is bumpy. It will take me months to grow them again till they're healthy.
Avoid at all costs - they have no clue of what they're doing.

Very bad service. Never had my nails look so horrible and even painting some particles from the brush stuck under . Manicure with gel and pedicure was done in an hour and 20 minutes. The fastest service I ever had. The worst quality ever had going to the other place tomorrow to redo that I don't even want to come back to this place. They don't look friendly at all and they charge 75 pounds myself mate Manicure is much better than this non-professional.
