By far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone seems to really know what they are doing and they seem to really care and can give advice. It looks nice inside and there is a fun atmosphere.. really happy I moved close to here !

Lily’s is the best nail spot I have found in London. I have been going for 3 years and I am always happy with my nails. The staff alter the services to your needs, I have very sensitive skin and I am very particular on how I like my nails, the staff listens to what you want, check in mid process and give recommendations if needed. They always take good care of me and make sure I’m comfortable. Their banter is also unmatched!

I went in for the first time, I asked for Shellac mani and pedi. The final job looked ok, I don't mind not talking to the operator while he's working. Fast-forward a month later when I go somewhere else to remove them, it turns out they didn't use Shellac and I had to have my nails scratched away! i now have thin and weak nails!
They also told me that if I paid by card, they'd charge me more.

Mind you this doesn’t do justice for what it looks in real life. One of my favourite thing about the salon is that they’re super LGBTQAI+ friendly, you feel so empowered every time you walking out from the salon!

Previously was a regular customer and left good reviews. Now the staff there has completely changed. A week ago I called and asked to make an appointment with my nail tech I already know .They told me that they were checking her working hours and would call back. Two hours later I called again, they apologized and told me to come and that my nail tech is waiting for me. when I came it turned out that I had been deceived and that this person no longer works, of course if they had told me honestly I would not have gone there. They assured me that they would make me the design I wanted.They charged me extra 20£more supposedly for a special design, although it was a classic French manicure with powder. I said that I don't care what technology they use or how much it costs, the main thing is that the result is design and strong, like I usually do. Visually it was a normal French manicure ,but they did a French manicure with a metal scraper and all my nails hurt for 3 days. I literally couldn't do anything with my hands without pain.They did a very thin manicure and after a week my nails broke. All good reviews you see more than a couple of years ago belong to the former owner and former masters, now this salon is suitable only for those who need simply to paint their nails
