The overall quality of the nails I have gotten from this salon, on both of the occasions I have visited, was good and the salon is clean and well-lit. However, the staff are not particularly welcoming. Both times I have visited this salon, they have asked about the desired length of my nails and not listened to the answer.

During my most recent visit, earlier today, I was charged around 75% more than I was originally told my services would cost. Their reasoning for this was that my nails had been painted with gel polish; I had already requested regular polish and been told no. The staff member then said that she had to use gel polish because my nails are thin. While my nails are thin, it is not fair to up-charge clients, especially to this extent, when I was refused the regular polish I had asked for.

Really not very good :( I had a acrylic infills with shellac paint and a pedicure. The pedicure was rushed and I still have a lot of dry skin on my feet (it doesn’t look at all like I’ve had a pedicure!) the technician kept knocking my feet when the paint was wet on my toes so there is a large smudge which rather than fix he just painted over. The acrylic nails on my fingers are very thick and the shellac began peeling 12 hours after I had them done. I paid £57 for my visit and I was really disappointed :(

Probably my fave set I’ve ever had! Cang really is a perfectionist and great artist. Listens to what you want but also good at taking your inspo and being creative. Also had a perfect pedicure. 10/10 will definitely be going back x

Really enjoyed coming here as it was really efficient but everytime they’ve done an entirely different thing than I’ve asked for. Today they painted my nails when I asked for shellac/gel then when they realised their mistake asked me to pay for the polish removal.. I’m sorry I’m not paying by for their mistake. I’d pointed out I didn’t think it was right. Previously I can overlook stuff as my nails always were great regardless but today was taking the actual piss

I absolutely love this nail shop! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they really take their time to make sure every detail is perfect. The place is clean, relaxing, and has a lovely atmosphere. My nails came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. Definitely my new go-to spot!

She kept reminding me look after it! Which is what I'm doing 😊
