An exceptional spa experience from start to finish
My wife and I visited HK Hammam & Spa and it was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The welcome was warm and genuine, immediately putting us both at ease.
The hammam and scrub were superb — thorough, attentive and left our skin feeling completely renewed. The staff were professional, skilled and made the whole experience feel special.
To top it off, the deep tissue massage was exceptional. By the end we were both completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
A world-class spa right here in Enfield. We’ll definitely be back!

After buying Hammam vouchers for my family over many years, I was treated to one myself: this gave me a chance to check out their glowing reports - and I was not disappointed! I had a full body massage like nothing I've had before. Really impactful, Ameeta somehow reaching knots in my muscles like no-one else, all with great charm. She also gave lots of tips on warm-up stretches before sports and how to avoid risk of injury. Overall, it all made for a pleasant and satisfying experience - one to recommend.

Another wonderful deep tissue massage with Ameeta! She has healing hands and is so kind! Thoroughly recommended.
Also, a wonderful Casablanca hammam by Hawa ... not had this hammam before, but now I'm glowing and definitely recommend it. Together the treatments are fabulous, and both staff are so professional and lovely. Wow! Definitely returning for more!

I booked this massage for therapeutic reasons due to ongoing neck and shoulder tension, as well as mid‑ to lower‑back pain caused by pulling and carrying heavy loads (rucksack and pull trolley) and long‑standing poor posture.

From the initial consultation, Agnieszka was attentive, thoughtful, and clearly tailored the treatment to my specific needs. During the first session, she worked effectively using deep tissue techniques and trigger point release, identifying key areas contributing to my pain. The pressure was excellent throughout — firm, precise, well‑judged, adaptive, and consistently maintained at the correct therapeutic depth.

During the first session, Agnieszka worked effectively using focused deep tissue techniques and precise trigger point release. Her technique was slow, grounded, and controlled, allowing the tissue to respond rather than forcing change. Agnieszka has an excellent ability to palpate accurately, isolate problem areas, and adapt pressure moment‑to‑moment. The pressure throughout was firm, well‑judged, and responsive, consistently maintaining the correct therapeutic depth.

During subsequent sessions, Agnieszka continued to focus diligently on deep‑seated muscular tension using a skilled combination of deep tissue work and myofascial release. Agnieszka technique demonstrates strong anatomical awareness and excellent hand sensitivity, particularly when working through the upper trapezius, shoulder girdle, and paraspinal musculature. Agnieszka identified several active trigger points referring pain into my neck and mid‑back and treated them thoroughly, without rushing and without overworking the tissue. Agnieszka applied pressure has always been consistently spot‑on — therapeutic, controlled, and highly effective.

One moment that stood out was when Agnieszka worked through a particularly restricted area near my shoulder blades. Using sustained pressure and slow tissue engagement, Agnieszka allowed the restriction to release naturally. As the tissue released, I noticed an immediate improvement in mobility, with a clear increase in range of motion. on reassessment. This level of therapist‑client communication and responsiveness made the treatment feel highly personalised and results‑driven.

Agnieszka’s aftercare advice has been practical, relevant, and clearly linked to the work done during the session, and I have made changes in line with her recommendations. Each massage is delivered with masterful skill — methodical, purposeful, unhurried, and results‑focused.

I would strongly recommend Agnieszka to anyone seeking targeted pain relief and high‑quality therapeutic massage tailored to their individual needs.
