Lovely lady, however, the place was a mess and very dirty. The workstation had things everywhere like cans of soda and dust from other clients nails. None of the tools used were cleaned or disinfected before so I do not recommend.

I had booked one gel & one biab for me & my friend for a special event. The quality was extremely poor. The gel peeled off in an hour & the biab application was very poor - clumpy, thick and messy. The chrome was extremely streaky as well.

a refund was given on the gel but not the biab. Was disappointed in the service.

Katie did my nails today and it was such a pleasant experience — we were just chatting the whole time (such a lovely conversation) and she’s just so sweet & friendly. i tend to pay a lot of attention to the details on my nails so i kept checking the very minor issues (ie dust getting wrapped, imperfections with the edges) and she was so patient with fixing them.

the nail art design i went for was a bit complicated – each nail had a different colour and some drawings on them. Katie was so patient with working out what colour & drawings work best for me, and made sure i was happy with everything. she’s extremely professional – everything is sanitised properly and my nails in the end were ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS.

will definitely come back!! it was such a pleasant experience 💕

I planned to be in London for my birthday 🎂 week and was looking for a nail salon close to my hotel. I was lucky enough to find Katie. I booked my appointment in advance and had my nails done today. Katie did a great job and we had the best time. Don't get confused, there is no sign on the house but if you come on time and aren't early as I was, Katie will wait for you outside.

I highly recommend official nails. Katie is an absolute gem. Not only is she incredibly talented and precise with her work, but she's also super friendly and makes you feel completely at ease.
