They were a staff member down and the guy was clearly doing a great job seeing everyone on an extra busy day. Happy with my nails!

I waited 20 minutes to be attended by the nail technician. They told me there was availability, yet as other people finished, new customers kept arriving and were attended to before me. Instead of letting you know, they use you as a backup they don’t value your time and simply leave you sitting there in case someone doesn’t show up. I will never return and would not recommend this place to ANYONE

so rude and unprofessional - man was shouting at another girl because she wanted to see her nails before she put them in the lamp and was scolding her! So expensive for low quality items they use
