Disappointed, came here frequently over the last year and the service I received yesterday made me feel so uncomfortable.

Electric file caught my skin multiple times and when I flinched in pain I was told to ‘keep still’ hahah?!

Decided to get my acrylic nails removed and left instead of getting them redone like originally planned. Won’t be coming back unfortunately.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
I showed reference photos in advance and was clearly promised the same color and style. After the nail extensions and shaping were already completed, I was told that there was nothing similar available, and the staff tried to force me to accept a completely different grey instead. This is blatant misrepresentation.

The attitude was rude and dismissive, with no effort to solve the problem. If you cannot match colors or keep your promises, you should not offer this service at all.
Absolutely not recommended.

I chose this salon expecting professional workmanship, especially given the price. Unfortunately, the result was shocking. One of the nails snapped within 24 hours of the appointment — not after heavy use, not after any accident, just normal daily activity.

For something that is supposed to last weeks, breaking the next day is simply unacceptable. This clearly shows a serious problem with either the materials used or the technician’s skill.

When I contacted the salon to explain the issue, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable solution, they insisted that the only option was to return to the salon in person. No consideration, no flexibility, no acknowledgment that the product had clearly failed almost immediately.

What makes this worse is that this kind of service turns what should be a simple beauty treatment into a recurring problem. You pay once, the nail breaks, you go back, it breaks again — wasting time, money, and patience. A service that cannot even survive one day raises serious questions about quality control.

This is not what customers are paying for. A nail service should be reliable, durable, and stress-free. Unfortunately, this salon delivers none of that.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating experience. This is one of the worst services I have ever paid for in London.

I paid £68 for my girlfriend to get her nails done at this salon, expecting at the very least a professional and durable result. Instead, the nails broke the very next day — literally the day after the appointment.

At that time, we were already travelling and had flown to Barcelona. We contacted the salon immediately, explained the situation clearly, and asked for a reasonable solution. We did NOT ask for a full refund. All we asked for was partial compensation so she could get the nails repaired locally in Barcelona — because how is she supposed to travel, take photos, and enjoy the trip with broken nails one day after paying £68?

Their response was shocking.

They refused any refund, refused any responsibility, and insisted that we must fly back to London for a repair. That is completely unreasonable. What was the point of doing the nails before the trip if they break the next day and can only be fixed back in London? What exactly were we paying for?

Even worse, they accused us of being dishonest and falsely claimed that we were asking for a full refund — which is simply untrue. We never requested that. They twisted our words instead of addressing the real problem: their product failed immediately.

This business happily takes your money, delivers a low-quality result, and then hides behind excuses. They claim they will “always fix it for you,” but what they really offer is an endless, meaningless loop:
Day 1: you do your nails.
Day 2: they break.
Day 3: you go back to fix them.
Day 4: they break again.
Day 5: you go back again.
Day 6: they break again.

What is the point? Is this a service or a trap?

This shop is unprofessional, irresponsible, and completely unreasonable. In my opinion, this is one of the most incompetent nail salons in London. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind — do not come here.

I truly hope no one else has to go through this ridiculous experience.

This was a horrible and extremely disappointing experience. I paid £68 for a full set of nails, yet two broke the next day and two more within a week, which is completely unacceptable.

I requested a partial refund (even just £15) as I would not be returning to London, but was told only repairs were possible. When I explained this, the staff became rude and dismissive.

They blamed the breakage on nail length. If the salon cannot guarantee the quality of extended nails, why offer this service at all? I regularly wear this length at other salons without any issues. This is the only salon where my nails broke immediately.

The 4th photo shows a direct comparison: I had to pay at another salon to repair and redo the nails. The difference in thickness and shape is very clear — the other salon’s work is full, strong, and well-structured, while the nails done here were extremely thin and poorly built, which clearly explains the breakage. The quality is far below an acceptable standard. I would not recommend this place.
