Jigna was really gentle and gave good advice on the type of removal I needed for my eyebrows. I'm pleased with the results and will be coming back again. Booking was easy and parking was actually fine for a high street too!

absolutely so upset at the way I have been spoken to by both ladies in this shop this morning!! popped in to rebook a nail appointment..as I had to cancel my last one ..this is what caused the problem there was no understanding that I could not cancel with in 24hours as the on line system is not working correctly both ladies came at me both talking at once!! very embarasing as there were two ladies in there having treatments will never go here again...which is a shame as disspite the prices changing and being different to on line!!!! I was generally happy with the treatments. I also have not received a call from management that I requested....

The beauticians at Cazelle are both fantastic- I get my nails done with both Neha and Jignesh and love the service they provide.
The big problem with Cazelle is the online booking system. The slot booked online for a shellac removal is 15mins, however the treatment takes longer. The last three times I have booked online- fitting around work meetings etc- I have then had a call to reschedule as the slot booked is too short. Neha and Jignesh both try to be as accommodating as possible so this is entirely not their fault, but if there are other treatments booked around based on the online system only scheduling 15mins, I have been asked to reschedule. This is incredibly frustrating, and also easily solvable with an update to the slot times on the online booking system.

I’ve been going to Cazelle Beauty and Wellbeing regularly for massages, and every visit has been wonderful. Jignesha always looks after me so well — I leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better every time. The salon itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely calm atmosphere. They also offer a wide range of treatments — I’ve had a manicure done there before too, and it was just as great as the massages. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to treat themselves and truly unwind! 🌿💆‍♀️✨
