I love this place, the atmosphere is always so nice and joyful, and they are super talented. I'm always happy with my nails and today even more as I received great advice for my party nails! Thank you! There is a super nice neighbourhood vibe as well with lots of costumers knowing the owner personally. Highly recommend.

Probably one of the most unhygienic salons out there. They have staff working that are clearly sick and they do not care for your natural nails. I had to stop going as my nail bed starting shedding! They use fake products that damage your nails over time. Not recommended

Edit: the service request was NOT colour with no manicure - respectfully, being defensive again

Not in any way happy with the service I got here. Made the effort to go in before heading to my birthday celebrations and asked for shellac colour and manicure. He did nothing with the cuticles and one of the nails was lumpy. When I pointed this out and asked him to fix it he said it was a problem with my nail because it wasn’t flat (?). Then filed it and hey presto it was lumpy colour. I asked him to trim the skin around as a last step but he wouldn’t and got defensive, said they would only take the full colour off and start again which I didn’t have time for. Really not happy with the result and by saying so he started shouting at me saying I didn’t ask for a proper manicure. There is no instance when someone would want colour plopped on top of their nails with no tidying. It simply isn’t what I wanted (or a service anyone should offer without tidying) and the person started work without clarifying at all. I live locally and get my nails done quite frequently but won’t come here again

My respond to owner:
How can you find my records if it’s a walk in and no one asked for any details and your preferred payment method is cash?! There’s no way you’d find anything. Anyway I wouldn’t let anyone in your salon touch my nails again. Everything is rushed, no one knows what are they doing and client jump from a person to another.

Staff are so lovely here and welcoming, they always offer drinks whenever I have come and even redid two of my nails which chipped for free (which I was very prepared to pay for). They really take care of their clients and I always feel peaceful coming into the shop because the atmosphere is so calm and attentive. Thank you !! <3 <33

Needed a new nail salon and found these guys. The shop is immaculately clean and soo pretty. The staff’s were polite and professional. The guy that did my nails took his time to make sure everything was done to my specifications (soak off, fresh set French tip). Hopefully they maintain this level of professionalism and service.

It’s not the first time I’ve had my nails done here — I’ve always left very pleased with the service, as well as with other treatments such as waxing.
Today I went to get my nails done and left feeling quite disappointed. I had asked for French nails in brown, but the man didn’t ask me which colour I wanted for the base powder; he just chose one himself, whereas they normally show you a selection to pick from.
Later, when I asked if he could apply a colour coat before doing the French design, as I didn’t like the colour of the base, his attitude completely changed. So I told him to just paint all of my nails brown instead, and that I wanted to leave.
Finally, they usually give you a hand massage with cream, but this time he just handed me the bottle so that I could apply it myself.
Today I’m very unhappy with the service.

Went for an eyebrow wax and they ended up pulling skin off my eyelid. I went to complain the following day and firstly they made me wait while they finished someone’s nails and then did that persons eyebrows. When they did talk to me they told me this was a common thing that happens when the wax is too hot, however they did not accept that this was their fault. When I asked for a refund they told me they only offer refunds when the mistake results in scarring and to come back in a week to see how it looks then. Absolutely shocking. Do not go here

I have been to this salon thrice, and my nails were don’t brilliantly but the service and attitude of this place has gone south as it’s not the new salon any more. I sent a picture of the nails I wanted via chat one day in advance the price was agreed. Then on the day of the appointment the man doing nails had a very bad attitude, he didn’t even check the colours with me like they usually do and started doing my nails. Half way through my extensions he said I will charge you 10 pounds more for the design you want. He clearly wanted to take advantage of the situation because I was dressed for an event. I would have paid 10 more if it was agreed in advance or told before the treatment. But asking more money half way through the treatment should not encouraged, on top of his bad attitude. This place has gone done and the prices have gone up. Avoid as there are 3 other nails salons just 30 seconds away providing better services and lesser rates. Due to the rip off attitude I will never visit this place again.
