Zero stars from me!
I went for a manicure yesterday, but the lady that helped me absolutely butchered my nails. She was unprofessional and heavy handed. My nails were cut right into the flesh. Then when she cut my cuticals, one of my fingers started bleeding, she had no idea what she was doing. I was astonished to still have to pay her £20 for the service which did not even include nail polish or a little hand and cutical cream. My fingers were thropping the whole night. I would definitely NOT recommend them at all.

I go to get my eyebrows done and for that they are good but god forbid you go for anything else. They give wishy washy answers. I went the week before to get a pedicure and asked before I was seated if they would start quickly as I had to get back to work as I was on a break. They said yes she is coming. Fifteen minutes later still nothing. The pedicure also wasn’t great. I still went back cos I want to support small female business but I went for a trim I was told five to ten minute wait. The girl there didn’t even call to follow up. Half an hour later I ask her to call the girl to see if she’s coming back and then I was told she’d be another half an hour!!! Yep not going back there again for anything other than my eyebrows but at this rate I don’t want to go back at all. Be honest with your customers. Don’t have them wait around and not respect their time. I had already said I had to go back to work and the girl tells me to go shopping!!

Friendly ladies but maybe avoid having a trim here. I had 3 shoots lined up with wonky hair they were in a rush to trim and even worse, I asked for my fringe to be trimmed beneath the brow. They chopped it above whilst it was wet before I could say anything and when it dried it was an inch in places and all different lengths 💔

Had brows threaded and tinted. Ended up with uneven brows ready for my son's wedding. Had to go home and try to do something with them as best I could. Never again

I’ve been coming to this salon for my eyebrows for a long time and used to love the service. There was a short, slim lady who always did an excellent job . Careful, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, she is no longer here, and the current staff do not provide the same quality.

The two women who remain always seem to be in a rush, don’t listen to client requests, and react with a defiant attitude when given feedback. Hygiene has also gone downhill they move from one client to another without washing or disinfecting their hands, which is very concerning.
I had acne coming up on my eyebrows twice already after waxing here.

This salon used to be clean, welcoming, and professional, but sadly the standards have dropped significantly. I truly hope the owner becomes aware of this and takes action to restore the service and cleanliness that made this place great in the past
