The biab they used looks unusual (in a pot) & burnt so bad! I normally use the gel bottle & they assured me it’s the same. Yes they look ok but I Im not sure if the product used is legal in the uk as there is no brand. 🫣 Will be going back to my usual & having these taking off asap.

Reply: I did request for the gel bottle, but was given a different product. Can I have the name of the product in the pot that was used please. My nails and hands get inflamed easily therefore I only want a known biab on my nails

This is my go-to place for getting my nails done. Personally, I think they’re great! As with any nail technician, the key is to make sure you clearly specify what you want. If you let the technician know exactly the length, shape, or style you’re going for, they’ll do their best to achieve it.

Throughout the process they check in with you to make sure you’re happy with the length, shape, and overall look, which I really appreciate. If there’s ever something you want adjusted, just politely let them know and they’re happy to fix it. The staff are very friendly, respectful, and accommodating, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Overall, I’ve always had a positive experience here and would definitely recommend it! :)

Be careful before using this salon! When it comes to removing old sets, they would rather force the nails off than properly soaking them. They refused to do your nails afterwards for no reason but to disrespect you. My sister just had a disappointing and embarrassing experience with them. They wasted her time, still took money from her and showed no care or professionalism. Please think twice before coming here, if you have standards and care for your real nails.

The quality of the nails was extremely poor and nowhere near an acceptable standard. Attention to detail was lacking throughout, and the end result looked rushed and unprofessional. I was also very concerned about hygiene. Overall, this was a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend this place.

Don’t come here unless u want your nails practically butchered!
The men here are mostly always rough when working on your hands as i’m a regular ,but especially yesterday when I came in. They filed and drilled so careless and aggressively that my fingers were left extremely sore and actually bleeding. It was incredibly painful and completely unnecessary. There is absolutely no reason a basic nail service should ever draw blood. I left in pain instead of relaxation. The customer service is also just as bad. No one greets you when you walk in. On one visit, was left sitting there for 40 minutes without anyone saying a single word to me no update, no acknowledgment, nothing. It feels rude and very unprofessional. I do want to mention that Ana is very polite, gentle and truly talented with nail designs. She is careful and makes the experience much more comfortable. However, despite her kindness and skill, I still won’t be returning due to my overall experiences at this salon. Please don’t waste your money here just to get injured. A nail appointment should never be this painful or uncomfortable.

Customer service doesn’t exist. When you walk in they stare at you like dirt will sometimes say hi to other people not sure if this is because they are regular customers or for other reasons I won’t state. However, all customers should be receiving the same good customer service. Won’t go back as not friendly.

Went with my partner to do her nails there and the staff turned hostile after she made a simple request. She had been a very loyal customer previously and it was quite upsetting. Customer service should always be number 1. Disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at Anthony Nails. The nails were poorly done, uneven, and started looking bad almost immediately. The overall hygiene was also concerning. Tools did not appear properly cleaned and the space felt unclean, which made me very uncomfortable. Completely unacceptable quality and standards. I regret going here and would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Extremely unprofessional and hostile customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. I had been a loyal customer here for over 1.5 years, but this experience was appalling. I politely asked for my acrylic nails to be soaked off instead of being filed down completely. Linh reacted aggressively, started shouting, and told me I should not tell her how to do her job.

I could not understand why such a simple request caused so much hostility. She clearly cannot take feedback and ultimately refused to serve me.
