Really disappointing experience. We asked very clearly for our son’s hair to be kept long, just a tidy-up on the back and sides. Instead, it was cut much too short, and my husband had to step in and ask them to stop mid-cut.

Now his hair is far shorter than we wanted and he’s been left with a strange, uneven fringe. It’s frustrating because this could have been avoided if they had simply listened to what we asked for.

Wouldn’t return or recommend based on this experience.

Chameleon is the only hairdressers in Raynes Park that offers lady's service. That doesn't mean they are the best, it means they have no competitors in this area. That's why they raise prices with no notice and randomly.....

I just had my haircut having driven 20 minutes to get there. The dry haircut (no wash as I was going to wash and colour it at home) lasted less than 10 minutes….possibly 7 minutes! No care was taken and it was extremely rushed. I’m not happy with it. Additionally, Sienna, the hairdresser, charged me £40 but then offered £35 in payment after I complained as I usually pay £30 for a wash and haircut.
The salon has no set price list on its website and they make up the prices depending on the stylist you happen to get. I would have been better off waiting until Saturday for Bella who charges £30 for a wash and cut and takes her time and is always polite.
Very disappointing to be ripped off.

I arranged a morning appointment for a pedicure but when I arrived I waited 20 minutes before I was told they were running late and could I come back in the afternoon. The pedicure was very disappointing in a broken chair and no nail polish. I was nearly charges £45 but when queried I was told £35. A waste of time and money.

My whole dreadful experience took just 30 minutes, yes 30 minutes for a wash cut and blow dry. I explained what I wanted but was met with disinterest. She started cutting my wet fringe first, cutting it so short my eyebrows were crying with exposure. I was then asked if I wanted layers, I said yes but she went on to snip 2 more pieces of hair, maybe I needed to say how many layers I wanted. She began drying my hair and called another stylist over and I had 2 hairdryers blasting my head. "I put waves in" she said just doing it. I now know it was to hide the dreadful, uneven helmet cut I had on my head. I have given one star but that was for the hair wash, the one thing that was acceptable. If you don't want to look like you have a hairy helmet on please avoid this hairdressers 🪖

When booking was asked if would like a phone call if stylist not coming , DER, well of course!!
So arrived for appointment and was told stylist not coming in!!
No phone call, they said it wasn't their fault!
Avoid, very rude!!

Chameleon CANNOT do gel nail extensions. The end product was far from competent and a way off what was agreed. On seeing the photo, staff should have said "No, we do not have the competence to do what you want done, sorry." Saying "yes" but then using fast talk to limit what would be delivered once the customer was committed, is not acceptable. Nails are 1) too short, 2) triangle where a curve was requested ("that will take too long, you don't want that!"), 3) not what was agreed at the start. "No, we can't do that" is the right answer.

Went for a haircut here. A lady cut my hair. The hair were cut uneven. She didn’t even spend 5minutes to understand what I wanted and just started cutting. It was a simple trim which she screwed up. When I tried to explain her, she wouldn’t even try to listen.
