I came here once 4 years ago with a bad experience, tried it again about a week ago and nothings changed. I had to ask them to fix my nails like 5 times in one sitting because they did them so terribly like a 6 year old! It was lumpy, wonky, thick and they purposely paint the nails far from the cuticle so they can grow out quicker so u can spend more and go back. Won’t be returning. I think I just got unlucky with one of the workers because the other workers seemed efficient but this particular man was careless and didn’t care to correct my nails. It even chipped after 2 days which never happens in my normal nail shop down the road

Gave them a couple chances but they are not the same as it used to be. Long waits, always rushing to make more money rather than turn people away. No pride in the work they do. Filed nails crooked, bleeding cuticles after trimming, gel polish on skin. Nails constantly breaking a couple days after leaving and making up prices as they go along. Never admit fault and always charging more every time. There is a reason there is no price list on show! Far better, professional services elsewhere for less money! Avoid.
