Google Love this place! I have just started visiting regularly again and I definitely will never go anywhere else. Mandy was really kind, gentle with my nails, and we had a good chat while getting them done - the time flew especially as someone who struggles to sit for long without fidgeting 🤣 All the staff are friendly, and the receptionist as well. I will definitely recommend anyone to come here. Thank you Mandy again!

Google Visited the nail salon today . Shirley offered me the new nail colours. Wow they are amazing. Once again all the staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaniness of the salon was 100%. Thanks again for your wonderful service

Google Loco nails think they’re bigger than the program now they refurbished their shop. booked appointment made me go all the way there to tell me I need to fold my buggy even tho there was space. Folded it and held my baby for her to tell me she can’t do my nails while I’m holding my baby. Very rude and not welcoming. She didn’t wanna do them from the get go tried to make excuses about having another client. Didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Time wasters and rude ppl.

We kindly asked if you could fold your pram, as our salon policy does not allow prams inside due to limited space.
We completely understand your situation, however carrying out a full set especially a French tips while holding a baby is not safe or practical for both yourself and our technician.
At no point was any rudeness intended. We always aim to treat our clients with respect, and we also have CCTV in the salon which reflects this.

Google This salon is rubbish. The person who did my nails was Jason. He has made a very bad job of my nails and not painted properly but instead cut them straight saying there are too short to get them almond shaped. He didn’t even file them properly and I had to do it myself at home as they were getting caught with things.
I would never recommend this place to anyone as I’ve been going somewhere else where they have been perfect.
Very disappointed with their service and Jason is no good. Would never step in there again!

We’re really sorry to hear that you feel disappointed, as that’s never the experience we want for any of our clients.
On the day of your appointment, our technician explained that you had two broken nails and that they were unfortunately too short to achieve an almond shape. This was discussed with you before proceeding, and you agreed to have them cut down to match the rest of your nails, which you were happy to go ahead with at the time.
Your appointment also took around an hour, whereas this service usually takes 30–40 minutes, as extra care and time were taken to ensure everything was done properly. When the shaping was completed, you confirmed you were happy with the result, and there were no concerns raised about them catching before you left the salon.
We always aim to provide the best service possible, so it’s disappointing to hear that you’ve since felt unhappy. If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly so we can try to resolve this for you.

The nail man didn't even want to dip the nail paint in the bottle he was using the top opening to dip..horrendous, thats what I paid for. Did he think I didn't notice..👀. No problem🤭

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We believe there may be some confusion, as according to our records we have not had a client by the name of Judith. It is possible that this experience occurred at another salon in the area.
If the service had been carried out at our salon, a new nail polish would have been used, and product would be taken from the top as per our hygiene standards.
