Asked for a manicure with French tip gel, and got charged extra because I had to ask for them to wet my cuticles to cut them. How is simply cutting my cuticles dry considered a manicure? Person doing my nails forgot I asked for a French tip, had to remind him just before he was almost done. Then I asked for the tip to be thicker to resemble a natural nail-nail bed separation, and he kept insisting it was ugly and thin was cute. I had to keep asking for a thicker tip until he did it. I don’t know if the nails hadn’t cured enough or if the gel is bad quality but it was so soft not firm on the nail like it should be when I left and chipped immediately after I went home and washed my hands. It’s been 1.5 weeks and it’s still soft on my nails. More nails chipped in the following days. Had them done for my birthday that day, and was so upset. First experience but won’t be going back.

I had a lady take off my acrylic nails and she was very rough aswell as rude. she looked like she was running the place. she’s very selective with who she wants to treat well and who she doesn’t.
I then had another gentleman do my polish on my toes and he was very rough and showed no remorse when I said he was hurting me. Never again!

Awful experience. In the first instance I asked for sns nails and they definitely gave me acrylic. I noticed that the application process was different and challenged the man doing my nails but he lied insisting that it was sns, unfortunately I was desperate for time and it was too late to go elsewhere. The nails are extremely uncomfortable, thin and very sharp. I will need to go to my regular nail shop to get them removed and PROFESSIONALLY done. Avoid at all cost!
