Google I had a manicure done by Ornela and I couldn’t be happier! She carefully fixed a broken nail, shaped them beautifully, trimmed the cuticles neatly, and applied the polish with amazing precision — right from the cuticle line. The result is a flawless nude look that’s both elegant and natural. Ornela is incredibly skilled and attentive. I’m very impressed with the quality and detail of her work. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I went again to do my nails and super happy with Ornela!
Owner Response:

Google I was painfully injured during manicure.
Colour was a surprise too- pistachio happens to be in blue hues at the salon!
The salon doesn’t keep appointments as well and cancelled last minute on another occasion.
Looks like they are short of staff
Owner Response:
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and disappointed to learn that your manicure caused discomfort and did not meet your expectations. We also understand your frustration regarding the colour outcome and the appointment cancellation you experienced. Please know that we only ever cancel appointments as a last resort in circumstances involving unexpected staff illness.
Our Customer Care team has attempted to reach out to you directly, however we have been unable to locate your details. Please do contact us at [email protected], as we would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your experience and work towards a resolution. Love, Team T x
