Google I've been here 4 times and each time I booked ahead of time and each time when I arrive, I'm told to wait 10 mins which turns into 30 minutes because they double booked my slot with someone walking in off the street asking for a massage. Twice the receptionist had to give me a massage then half way through the masseuse is replaced with someone else. Obviously trying not to turn people away but I unfortunately won't be returning for a massage due to their poor customer service.

Google Visited this centre and was told i would have a massage for 1 hour with one lady. When she arrived she asked me to go to the room. However then a male client arrived desperate for a massage and she went to give him a massage instead. The receptionist then gave me a massage with no apologies for this change or any decent explanation. Halfway through the massage the masseuse changed again with no warning or apologies and it was a poor massage. Definitely not worth the price paid and did not even get a full hour. Would highly recommend not visiting this place. Poor massage service, expensive for what is given and highly unprofessional.
