I never even got my procedure done. I booked an appointment for 3:30 PM and was asked to wait 15 minutes. After an hour, I asked again how much longer it would take, and the receptionist said “another 15 minutes.” After waiting 25 more minutes, I simply stood up and left.

The service is terrible. They could have at least warned me that the wait would be over an hour — I would have gone to do my errands and come back later.

The salon was extremely overcrowded, probably because the prices are cheap, but the quality of service is very poor. I honestly feel sorry for the employees working there because they don’t even seem to have time to go to the bathroom. One client leaves and another sits down immediately. The tables were covered in nail dust after filing, and the workstations were not cleaned or disinfected between clients.

Maybe it’s actually for the best that I never got my appointment done, because I definitely won’t be coming back.

I have been going to this nail salon since it opened and although I no longer live around the corner still rather come here than other salons closer to me! Always happy to see me and courteous. I have never experienced chipping or breakage and I tend to go for infills every 3 weeks. The only problem is it is so popular now the waiting time, even with an appointment, can be longer than expected…… but I believe it’s worth it 🩷

I went a month ago for manicure and pedicure (normal colour)
The attention was great, good service, very happy with the job done, it last in my nails for 15 days like permanent colour.

If there was a 0 star option I would do it, I went there with an appointment and waited by myself ages on a tight schedule, before they started my nails again

My pedicure has made my toe nail come off, because they prepared the product wrong causing my natural nail to start lifting from the root, my nail became dead and gone before two weeks.

If that wasn’t bad enough, when doing my acrylic my nail beds were cut several times even when saying ouch he didn’t stop. The nails turned out nice but the service wasn’t good, a clients thought should always matter.
He didn’t care he just wiped the blood away like nothing happened.

The staff were very nice overall but the point is someone coming to pamper themselves and leaving with bleeding cuticles and a painful toenail is not normal

So no thank you, never again

They were cheap but bad quality. I went before and my nails came off in 2 days. I had to go again cause it was the only available place and i was in a rush. My nails keep either coming off or are chipped. The heart design doesn’t look like a heart and the shape is wonky. This isn’t the first time

If I could give 0 stars I would but, unfortunately I can’t. Very disappointed with my nails. Been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now and the salon service has now become appalling and humiliating. After repeatedly specifying for what I thought was a (simple nail request) long, almond French manicure I walked out with a short, oval French instead. It’s abundantly clear they only care about the money and not providing you with a nice salon experience.

Tony did my French tips today and they came out perfect. He always checks to make sure I’m happy with everything, which I really appreciate. He was very polite, kind, and professional throughout. I felt comfortable the whole time and I’m really happy with my nails.will be coming again thank you
