I had an absolutely awful experience at this salon. The place was dirty, the staff were incredibly rude, and they openly talked about me, not realizing I could understand them. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away and not waste their time or money here.

Done my Nails just over a week infill plus a line and I was charged £40 my nails are all ruined. This has never happened to me before. There is a newish girl there very chatty but also rubbish quick fix kind of and chages the max she can. The prices they charge are not even on their list. No go no go place. I dont recommend them at all.

There are so many nail shops along Green Lanes to choose from but I ended up walking in here. They are very reasonably priced and I had a good experience both times I’ve been. I just made sure to let the nail tech know exactly what I wanted and they followed my instructions.

Terrible service. Thought I'd try this place, giving them benefit of the doubt for gel nails. When removing the old polish, the guy nicked my skin with the electric filer, which hurt! Then he used just two coats of really thin nail polish near the end of the bottle, which wasn't even the right colour, despite having the right labelling. But at this point I just wanted to get out of there. Shoddy. Avoid.

I've been going there for years, but notice of late that they are over charging me. I will not be going back there again. Their service has gone down hill too.

Very messy job of chrome tips, with excess powder and gel underneath nail and patchy line work. Charged me £45 anyway. Had to go get them fixed elsewhere for additional money.

I went there 3 days ago to get a manicure with new set of BIAB and pedicure with gelish which I booked days in advance. When I came in they greeted me and I repeat what I was in for. The guy who did my hand nails did a good job, however he ignored my request of a new set and when I asked for the manicure again he told me the oil at the end would fix it.
When one of the girls was doing my pedicure, she used the pumice rock at the top of my foot (photos attached below) and after I asked twice not to do it cos it was hurting me, she laughed with her colleague and proceed to the next foot which she started scrubbing too after I asked her not to.
I didn’t want to make a big fuss as they were quite busy and it didn’t look that bad, however my foot has been hurting really bad and it looks horrible now as she literally scrapped my skin off.
Yesterday, my friend and I went to ask for a refund of the pedicure in the best manner we could’ve done, the lady that normally greets you started facing the other side whilst ignoring me and the other person started arguing that I needed a Drs note saying what happened (????) and that they would pay for everything once I brought it. They tried to blame it on me having something on my foot before because “clearly that wasn’t healthy” (?????) and when I explained she should’ve not used the pumice rock on that part at all, one of the ladies went to grab one and started rubbing it on the side of her foot “proving” it doesn’t cause damage. When my friend ask them to give us the video of what happened, they said there was no need for that and told me I was only going to get the refund for the pedicure and nothing else (something I clearly just asked for from the beginning). Eventually she did give me the refund for the pedicure but their attitude was absolutely out of place and order. They should treat costumers better, even more if they have made a mistake. I’m never coming back here.
