Google I have been having my nails done here for about 2 years and couldn’t be happier with the service I have received. I have always come away really pleased. Staff are excellent at what they do and are always polite, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Being able to book online is also a bonus.

Google Disgusting place to have your nails done,don't waste your money.My granddaughter nails was awful.The owners are really rude and nasty on the phone and in person.No attempt to rectify the bad service.In fact refused.

As part of our procedure, all details are confirmed prior to the service, and where possible, one nail is completed for approval before proceeding with the full set. This ensures clients are satisfied with the agreed result at the time of the appointment.
Once a service has been completed and the client has left the salon, we do not offer changes. In this instance, we extended a goodwill gesture by offering a complimentary opportunity to adjust the colour; however, despite this, we were unable to meet your expectations.
While we respect all feedback, we must also operate within our professional guidelines and cannot accommodate requests that fall outside of these standards.
We consider this matter closed and wish you all the best moving forward.

Google The staff were incredibly rude and completely unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. The service itself was just as bad – my daughter had acrylic nails done, but once we got home and saw them in natural light, you could literally see her entire nail through the acrylic. It was so poorly done. They asked what base colour she wanted, but only applied one thin coat, so it looked nothing like the photo she showed them. To make matters worse, when I called to raise the issue, I was spoken to in a really disrespectful and dismissive way. Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. I will definitely not be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid – 100% do not recommend.

Google Last month I had an appointment, I got to my appointment early and it still overran by over an hour. The lady doing my nails cut my finger twice in the process and I left the nail salon with dust, dry blood and nail varnish on my fingers. Would not recommend this salon.
